Privacy Policy

WithLoveMessages (“WithLoveMessages,” the “App”) is an iOS application provided by Warm Static LLC (“Warm Static,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

WithLoveMessages was created to provide a private place for you to write messages, thoughts, memories, and reflections that you may not be able or ready to share with someone else.

Privacy is fundamental to how WithLoveMessages works.

Your personal messages are intended to remain private to you.

1. The Short Version

WithLoveMessages does not collect your personal data or the messages you write in the App.

In particular:

• No account is required.
• No login is required.
• We do not collect your name to use the App.
• We do not collect your email address to use the App.
• We do not receive the messages you write.
• We do not read or review your messages.
• Your messages are not sent to another person by WithLoveMessages.
• We do not maintain an online inbox containing your messages.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not sell or monetize the contents of your messages.
• We do not use your messages for advertising.
• We do not use your messages to train artificial-intelligence models.
• We do not use your messages to create profiles about you.
• We do not share your messages with advertisers or data brokers.

What you write in WithLoveMessages stays private to you.

2. Messages and Reflections You Create

WithLoveMessages allows you to write personal messages, memories, reflections, thoughts, or other text (“Messages”).

These Messages may contain deeply personal information that you voluntarily choose to write.

Messages are stored locally by the App on your device.

Warm Static does not receive, transmit, collect, store, read, or maintain a server-side copy of your Messages.

Because we do not possess your Messages, we cannot ordinarily:

• Read them
• Search them
• Identify what you have written
• Recover them for you
• Provide them to another person
• Remotely modify them
• Remotely delete them

3. WithLoveMessages Does Not Send Your Messages

Despite the word “Messages” in the App's name, WithLoveMessages is not a messaging service.

The App does not automatically deliver the Messages you write to the person you are writing about or to any other recipient.

There are no recipient accounts, inboxes, or messaging profiles associated with your private Messages.

The purpose of the App is to give you a private space to express something for yourself.

4. No User Account

You do not need to create a WithLoveMessages account to use the App.

We do not require you to provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• A username
• A password
• A social-media account
• The identity or contact information of the person you are writing about

Warm Static does not maintain a database that connects individual users with the Messages they create in WithLoveMessages.

5. Information About the Person You Are Writing To

WithLoveMessages may allow you to identify, label, or remember who you are writing to.

That information is part of your private App experience and is stored locally with the App.

Warm Static does not receive or maintain a server-side record identifying the person you are writing about.

Please remember that you control what information you enter into your Messages.

6. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

WithLoveMessages does not transmit the contents of your Messages to advertising or analytics services.

We do not use your Messages for:

• Advertising
• Personalized advertising
• Cross-app tracking
• Behavioral profiling
• Marketing
• Data brokerage
• Audience creation
• Artificial-intelligence training

We do not sell your Messages or personal information.

7. Artificial Intelligence

WithLoveMessages does not send the contents of your private Messages to Warm Static or to third-party artificial-intelligence services for analysis or model training.

Your Messages are not used to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

If we introduce a feature in the future that processes private Message content using an external service, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate disclosure or choice before implementing that practice.

8. Feedback and Contacting Us

WithLoveMessages may provide an option that allows you to contact us or send feedback.

If you voluntarily contact Warm Static—for example, by sending an email to us—we will receive the information you choose to include in that communication, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

Information you voluntarily send to us for support or feedback may be used to:

• Respond to you
• Investigate an issue you report
• Improve the App
• Maintain records reasonably necessary to address your request

Please do not include private WithLoveMessages Messages, highly sensitive personal information, or information about another person in a support or feedback email unless it is necessary for us to assist you.

Information voluntarily provided through a support request is separate from the private Messages stored inside WithLoveMessages.

9. Device Storage and Backups

WithLoveMessages stores your Messages locally within the App's storage on your device.

Your device operating system may independently include application information in device backups or cloud backup services depending on your Apple settings and how Apple handles application data.

Apple's backup and iCloud services are operated by Apple, not Warm Static.

Warm Static does not operate an online database containing your WithLoveMessages Messages and does not access the contents of your Messages through your Apple account or iCloud account.

You control Apple's backup and iCloud settings through your Apple device and Apple account.

10. Deleting Your Information

Because your Messages are stored locally rather than in a Warm Static user account, you control the Messages stored in the App.

You may delete Messages using functionality available within the App.

Deleting WithLoveMessages from your device will generally remove locally stored application data from that device, subject to any backups independently maintained by your device or cloud-backup provider.

Because Warm Static does not maintain a server-side copy of your Messages, we cannot recover Messages that have been deleted from your device.

11. Security

Our primary privacy protection is data minimization.

By keeping your private Messages on your device rather than maintaining them in a Warm Static database, we reduce the amount of sensitive information Warm Static possesses.

Your device's security features—including your passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, encryption, operating-system protections, and Apple account security—may help protect information stored on your device.

No electronic device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and Apple account.

12. Sensitive and Emotional Content

WithLoveMessages is intended to provide a private writing and reflection experience.

People may use the App while experiencing grief, loss, separation, difficult relationships, or other emotional circumstances.

WithLoveMessages does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice or services.

Use of the App does not establish a therapist-patient, physician-patient, counselor-client, or other professional relationship with Warm Static.

The App is a personal writing and reflection tool and is not a substitute for professional care when professional assistance is needed.

13. Children

WithLoveMessages is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

Because the App does not require an account and Warm Static does not receive the contents of users' Messages, Warm Static generally does not know the identity or age of individual App users.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through WithLoveMessages.

If you believe a child has independently provided personal information directly to Warm Static, such as through a support email, you may contact us and request its deletion.

14. Third-Party Services

Your iPhone, operating system, App Store, backup services, email application, or other services provided by Apple or another provider may independently process information according to their own privacy policies.

These services are separate from WithLoveMessages and are controlled by their respective providers.

Warm Static is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services that you choose to use.

15. Legal Requests

Because Warm Static does not maintain a database containing your private WithLoveMessages Messages, we generally do not possess Message content that could be produced in response to a legal request.

If Warm Static receives a valid legal request relating to information we actually possess, we may respond as required by applicable law.

We cannot disclose private Messages that we never received and do not possess.

16. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights regarding personal information a business possesses about you.

Because Warm Static does not collect or maintain your WithLoveMessages Message content, we generally do not have Message data associated with you that we can access, provide, or delete.

If you have voluntarily contacted Warm Static and believe we possess personal information relating to you, you may contact us to exercise any privacy rights available under applicable law.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if WithLoveMessages changes, our practices change, or applicable privacy requirements change.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

If WithLoveMessages changes in a way that causes us to begin collecting or transmitting information that we currently keep solely on your device, we will update our privacy disclosures as appropriate.

19. Relationship to Warm Static's General Privacy Policy

Warm Static may maintain a general privacy policy covering its website and other applications or services.

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the WithLoveMessages iOS application.

If there is a conflict between Warm Static's general privacy policy and this policy concerning private Messages created within WithLoveMessages, this WithLoveMessages Privacy Policy controls.
